There is a reason we all love chocolate and it goes way beyond the tastebuds and a shiny wrapper.  Ceremonial grade cacao (the plant from which chocolate comes) has been used for thousands of years for healing the mind, body and soul.  In a nutshell it is a heart medicine, it opens us up to more of who we truly are and reconnects us with our innate joy of being in a body on this beautiful planet.

Join Imogen and Helen for this day of connection where we will be deepening into our hearts wisdom, quietening the mind, seeing the world with fresh eyes, falling deeper in love with all that you have, all that you are and all the potential you can birth through tapping into the frequency of the hearts vibrations. 


If you are bored by getting hung up on irks, feel like you are self sabotaging or being held back, we will create a space for letting go, refreshing and revitalising, tapping back into all that you really are.

Cacao has the ability to shift grief (held in the lungs) and allow us to deepen our compassion and self-worth.


Physically there is so much it can do: from increasing libido, reducing menstrual cramps, repairing muscles, and helping with everything from ADHD to Parkinsons.

What does a Cacao Ceremony entail?

  • we will be drinking cacao in ceremony

  • Helen will lay out current astrological themes relevant 

  • there will be tarot reading on offer to help tap into your personal theme and heart intention for your development

  • Helen is led by the group so there will be offerings of meditation, journalling, movement, insights, sharing

  • you are also welcome to use oils to help you with your process
