Join Imogen and Susie on this retreat day to spring clean your gut!
This retreat day aims to help you understand and nurture the connection between your gut and your brain helping you to transform the way you 'digest life'.
The day will start with a dynamic yoga workshop led by Imogen - this practice will be designed specifically to enhance your digestive health.
After lunch Susie will guide us through a gut health talk, discussing some of the best ways that we can support our digestion naturally and provide lots of practical and realistic tips on how to optimise our gut health. Susie will also lead a hands-on practical nutrition workshop where we will be making our own probiotic to take away as well as assembling a delicious gut healthy afternoon snack to provide us with a lovely energy boost before the closing yoga session.
