ABOUT
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, this course offers a welcoming and inclusive space to begin. It’s a gentle and accessible way to start practicing yoga, build confidence, and discover what yoga is really about.
Over four weeks, the practice builds gradually, week by week. You’ll be introduced to:

the fundamental yoga postures (asanas),

basic alignment to help you move safely and mindfully,

the importance of linking breath with movement,

some simple breathing techniques (pranayama) to support relaxation, focus, and awareness.
You’ll receive personal attention from our wonderful teacher and be guided at a pace that allows you to learn slowly and thoroughly, step by step. There’s no pressure to perform — just time and space to learn, explore, and grow in your own way.
By the end of the course, you’ll have created a strong and safe foundation, giving you the confidence to explore open-level classes.
