Service Description
Includes: 2hr Cross Training Practice Lunch at Brad and Dills in the Park 90 minute Interactive Workshop: covering stretching and fascia, training cycles and psychology. 1hr Passive Recovery Class. You will be required to bring your own equipment. Imogen will give you a clear list nearer the time. Location: Park Hall, Harpenden Times 11am - 4.30pm Investment: early birds £95 if booked before the end of June 2025 after that £110.

Cancellation Policy
Terms of Booking : Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable outside of the half term block unless the class is cancelled by Imogen, the venue or the Government imposes a lockdown. If you book a block of classes for a specific location and are unable to make a class Imogen is happy for you to attend another class/location as long as all sessions are taken within the half term block.
