Love Lymph Retreat Day
Join me for a nourishing day dedicated to understanding and supporting one of the body’s most important – yet often overlooked – systems: the lymphatic system.

During this immersive retreat, I’ll gently guide you through the fascinating anatomy of the lymphatic system and introduce you to the body’s main lymphatic “drains”, helping you understand how lymph flows and why this flow is so essential for detoxification, immunity, energy and overall wellbeing.
We’ll also explore the glymphatic system of the brain – the brain’s own cleansing pathway – and how sleep, breath and nervous system balance play a crucial role in keeping it functioning optimally.
Throughout the day you’ll learn simple, practical tools to support healthy lymphatic flow, including breathwork as a natural lymphatic pump, gentle movement practices, tapping and pumping techniques, myofascial release, and self-massage methods you can easily integrate into your daily life.
Because the lymphatic system is deeply connected with the nervous system, we’ll also spend time exploring practices for nervous system regulation, helping the body shift into a state where healing, drainage and restoration can occur.

This retreat is both educational and experiential — leaving you with a deeper understanding of your body and a toolkit of supportive practices to help you feel lighter, clearer and more connected.

I’d recommend a retreat with Imogen to anyone. The yoga teaching is comprehensive and holistic and caters for all levels and bodies. Her warmth and care for her students is always evident.
Sarah, Harpenden
Imogen is probably the best yoga teacher I have, ever been lucky enough to have. Her knowledge is exceptional and I love the way she has themes for the different seasons and little mantras that she repeats during lessons.
