RETREAT DAY

11.30AM - 5.30PM
@AnahataKunda Studio, Harpenden
About
Emma and Imogen welcome you to join us for our Spring Awakening Retreat Day held in honour of the ancient forces of renewal and rebirth as all of nature awakens after the long sleep of Winter.
This day will be a day of returning and a day of growth.
Together we will discover the upsurge of fire, the great energy of Spring that is calling us back to life.
Weaving together Goddess Yoga and Ceremony, we will embark upon the bright path of Spring towards that which is Greening in our own souls. If you are interested in understanding more about goddess work and how we can interweave these rituals into our spiritual practice then this day is for you.
We will begin the day by calling in the Directions and Elements to centre ourselves in the ancient cycles of nature and call forth our own wild cycles.
Imogen will lead a dynamic yoga shadana that invokes and awakens the goddess power and energy within you. Incorporating yoga asana, visualisation, meditation, mantra and more.

We will have a nourishing vegan lunch lovingly prepared by Indira Orion, the Kitchen Mama.
The afternoon, led by Emma, will be spent in journey and ceremony with the ancient Goddess Brigid. She who is the spirit of this land, an ancient fire goddess, keeper of the beginning of all things.
As the seasonal tides turn on the land, so we will ignite her fires in ceremony to discover that which is growing in our own souls at this time and we will mark the end of our personal winter with the cleansing forces of her waters.
To integrate the forces of Spring into our body, we will end the day with the sacred sound of the
Drum and a Yoga Nidra.
